I started this blog as a way to express myself and in no time, it became a way to share the daily events in my household with close friends and family. Now-retired blogger, Calabargal, ventured onto the site, was entertained by tales of the children and kindly recommended my blog to her readers. I remain thankful to her for her graciousness.

And now, more than 3 years later, I'm still blogging away about my kids and my life. My daughter The Enforcer (TE) and her two younger brothers, The King (TK) and Bomboy keep me on my toes. My significant other, Husband, makes a splash onto the pages of this blog, but as can be expected, the exploits of his children tend to be more popular. I have even featured a story or two about my mother. If you ever see the name 'Shine, Shine', be aware that that's who we are talking about.

I am hanging on to dear life on this journey of mine as a mother, wife, daughter, friend, writer and everything else I dream to be. My philosophy is that life is never going to be easy so I might as well enjoy it as best I can. And that approach has yet to let me down.

As to the blog's name - "It Was So Much Easier When I Only Had One..." - I absolutely mean it! Life was much easier with only one child. But, now that we have three of them, the complexities make life entertaining and sweet.

Please enjoy my blog and feel free to swing by on Friday's for the TTTEC installments where we discuss an issue, offer insight and advice, and in some cases, get into online fights about our positions. Yes, you read right, fights. But, we always seem to kiss and make up in the end, so become a member of the Easier Crew and join in on the fun.
